Gasshuku is a unity training camp taking place Friday August 11th-Sunday August 13th, 2017.

This year we are pleased to welcome three time world champion Alisa Au-Fonseca as a special guest instructor!

WHO: All ages and belt ranks are welcome along with family and friends.
FRIDAY NIGHT BELT TEST - 7:30pm
Belt test sign up is done through your Sensei. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the test to check in and be prepared to pay the testing fee of $40.
**Dinner will be served to the campers before the belt test and leftovers will be available after the test. If you are not able to stay for the camp, but would like to join us for dinner, the cost is $15 at the venue. You do not need to pay extra for the dinner if you are already registered for camp.

*Camp clean-up includes taking down tents, picking up garbage from around the site, putting away tables and chairs and cleaning bathrooms. All participants should plan to help.
Medical Release:
By clicking the "I Agree" you are electronically signing this agreement indicating that you have read, and understood the terms and conditions, refund policy, and release of liability, you are 18 years of age or older or the parent or legal guardian of the minor registering for this tournament or event. In the case of registering a minor you attest that the name entered as the parent or legal guardian is the name of the person accepting the agreement and you are in fact the parent or legal guardian of the registered minor.
I state that I wish to participate in Camp Yoshida sponsored by the Japan Karate Federation NW. I RECOGNIZE THAT ANY CAMP YOSHIDA ACTIVITIES MAY INVOLVE CERTAIN DANGERS. I certify that I am aware of all the inherent dangers of any Camp Yoshida activities, including by not limited to, inexperience, accidents, or illness in areas without medical facilities, and the actions of any other members, participants, or any other persons all of which may result in personal injury, death, property damage and other losses. In consideration for the right to participate in Camp Yoshida activities, I HEARBY RELEASE THE JAPAN KARATE FEDERATION HEADQUARTERS NW, JUNKI & LINDA YOSHIDA AS PROPERTY OWNERSE, AND ANY INSTRUCTORS FROM ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION WHICH I MAY HAVE ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN CLUB ACTIVITIES. The terms of this agreement will serve as a release and independent agreement for my heirs, personal representative, and all members of my family, including any minors. I further state that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally competent to sign this release; that I understand these terms are contractual and not mere recital, and that I have signed this document as my own free act. I have fully informed myself of the contents of this release and indemnity by reading it before I signed as indicated.
